Moving Day: PL Byrd

Pack three more boxes. Mop floor. Load suitcase, books, and dog food in truck. Raid garden one last time and be done. Why dress for it? The boots on my feet - two old friends as accustomed to the view from below as I am now to shedding skin - steady me, and help me purchase ground from which to leap.
